What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding During Menopause?

I have had menopausal bleeding and been referred, they say I have a thickness of 8.22mm possible in cystic area. Also I have retro vertex uterus, 7cm cavity, there is an endometrial polyp arising from interior uterine wall near the fundus, can you please explain this to me, thank you

Hello,

Endometrial thickness and polyps in the uterine walls are changes that may happen with age, and proper examinations are needed to make sure these are just benign changes.
You will need a D&C and biopsy of the materials provided through D&C to better know the most likely cause of your bleeding and have the proper treatment.
