General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Abnormal vaginal bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance, endometrial/cervix dysplasia, polyp, endometrial cancer. I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, endometrial biopsy, PAP smear. Specific treatment will depend on cause.

You can use Tarpic for maximum 3 days. Progesteron shot or pills can be used to stop bleeding. If bleeding will not stop then D & C should be require to stop bleeding. Avoid stress, take healthy diet with vitamin and mineral supplements, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.

Hope this may help you. Contact HCM further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
