What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding Post Depo Injection?

hello my name is kelly and my question for u is im on depo shot and i normally dont bleed but i spot every now and then but i have been bleeding for 2 weeks and also having back and side pain and very serious headache from time to time, what could this be????

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hormone therapy you have taken then such irregular or dysfunctional uterine bleeding is very likely and some time it may induce the backache too, hormone changes could be the reason, some time it could be due to menopause if you are above 30 years in age, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
