What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding While On HCG Shots?

hi my name is dee and i am taking the hcg shots i havent had a period in over 7 months now that i started taking the shots i started to bleed but i have been bleeding for 2 wks now and so finally when it stopped on monday it came back again when i took the shot today b4 work is there something wrong with me?
