What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding With Pelvic Pain?

hi i am 43 years,mother of 3- 21,16,14-normal. laproscopy in 92-secondary infertility.sterlisation in 96. since july 2010 no periods.am thyroid patient too, took homeo for hormonal imbalance. till sep no periods thus took gynae advice -dr.reeta darbari.did TVSon 29 sep -uterus bulky,fibroids.thin endometrium.mammo was normal so was bone density.TSH -3.97 LH -89.9,FSH -102.24 PROLACTIN-6.39 Cholestrol 223 LDL-148HDL-59 .PAP -intermediate,parabasal & few squamous cells mild acute inflammation,endocervical cells,atrophic changes seen. doc has prescribed -Livial , Rosuvas & continue eltroxin 50.Noe 2 days back bleeding started with discharge ,went to doc -she gave Trapic tds for 3 days. since today bleeding heavy pain in lower pelvis. was told that menopause has set in then what is this? periods? where do i stand? should i continue this medication for menopause? am pretty confused & not satisfied with doc explanations. please clear my confusions .
