What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Discharge With Pelvic Pain And Excessive Sweating?

I am postmenopausal, 56 years of age, with past history of endometriosis as well.as hpv cin ll and have genital herpes. I am experiencing night sweats, daily pelvic pain and cramping and daily dark, sometimes watery, discharge. I m concerned not only about these symptoms but I have a low immune system due to my lack of nutrition as I am anorexic.
