What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Discharges With Urinary Incontinence?

hi i am 37 year old female, currently on Tamoxin just now so i do not take a monthly cycle lthough i still feel i go through different stages of discharge through out the month ranging from clear to white but however when it drys into my under garments it drys in a pale yellow colour is this normal?..i also have a poloyp . i think i also have a bit of leakage as sometime can smell urine from my underwear .
