What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Lips With Bumps?

i have one very elongated labia minora...it hasn't always been this way but it has gotten progressively longer over the course of about 4 or 5 years. the othe labia minora is beginning to get larger as well...and there are bumps inside of the labia minora. it has been this way for a while bu my mother will not allow me to go to the hospital...i just want to know whats going on cause i want to have sex eventually but i am VERY selfconcious about my vaginal health at this point. it is also very ugly.....whats going on?
