What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Secretions While On Femcon Birth Control?

I just recently started taking Femcon birthcontrol (its been 11 days since I've been on it). My fiancee and I were being intimate last night and after oral sex, he said his mouth felt numb and tingly. This has never happened to us before, I applied NO lubrication of any kind. Could it be the Femcon? I am aware of cervical mucus thickening, but why the numbness/tingling in his mouth???
