What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Spotting And Bleeding Along With Fatigue?

I have been having abnormal spotting and bleeding the last three months. I have made an appointment with my GYNO - but it is totally freaking me out. No foul odor or itching, I have not had any recent sexual intercourse. The blood / discharge varies from reddish brown to reddish yellow to rusty colored. I am also passing some small to larger clots. No pain, but I do feel a little off. Sometimes I feel like I have a rush of adrenaline - and sometimes I feel fatigued. I don t know if this is a hormonal issue or if I feel like I m overreacting. I am 26 years old and I weight about 250 at around 6ft tall. Hope you can help me!

Hi

The possibility of pregnancy related spotting is ruled out since there is no recent sexual contact.

Hormonal changes due to ovarian cyst,hypothyroidism,anemia,use of hormonal pills can be the cause.

Pelvic ultrasound,Thyroid profile,Blood hemoglobin should be done and cause should be treated.You may also require cyclical pills to reduce the spotting.
