What Causes Abnormality In Vision Post Toric Lens Implant?

I just had a toric lens implant, and for the first three days, I had wonderful distance vision. On day four post surgery, my vision diminished and items that are supposed to be horizontal are slightly sloped. Do you think it is more likely a slightly misaligned lens or posterior capsule opacification? Have contacted the surgeon and just waiting for contact. Thanks.

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* Usually different reasons work mainly as
- post operative tissue edema - air collection in between the lens &
posterior capsule - some type of infection - lens mal alignment -
unknown foreign body invasion - improper medications applied locally -
many more like highly raised blood sugar etc.
Hope this helps you.
