What Causes Abortion During Second Month Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I am Magesh & my wife name is Prasannalakshmi. We got married in Sep2008. She got conceived twice once in Dec 2008 & next time in Dec 2009. There is no problem in getting conceived, when ever we try to get conceived we get it in max 2 month. But in the third month, it is getting aborted & the reason being the child’s heart beat not there. She has thyroid, but doctor says that is not the reason. When I asked them to check mine, they said that mine should not be a issue. Please let us know, what might be the reason for the same.

1.Cause for the 2nd month abortions - hormonal ( get a complete profile done), Thyroid plays major role - you have to make sure before conceiving the values should be with in limits.
2.Uterine and ovarian pathologies should be evaluated with pelvic ultrasound (presence of any mass lesions adnexal pathologies).
3.And finally genetic / chromosomal study might be needed.
4.So i would suggest you to visit dedicated fertility clinic for better assessment and treatment help in conceiving - Good luck.
