What Causes Abrupt Vaginal Bleeding While Suffering From Endometriosis?

Everytime I lift something that s even slightly heavy I bleed from the vagina. It s very red when this happens. I haven t had a period for months due to the injection. I do however suffer from endometriosis and have had countless operations due to this my last one being in September when I underwent major abdominal surgery that lasted 10 1/2 hours. I m unsure as to why I would bleed.

- Endometrial hyperplasia
- Endometriosis involving uterus and adnexa
- Coagulation disorders
