What Causes Absence Of Periods After Child Birth?

Hello doctor, I'm priya 28 yrs old. I'm having 2 kids and ps done. Last child 6 months old. 5 month I'm not having periods. Last month only my periods came. Continuously it's going for 1 month. In my scan report para ovarian cyst or ectopic. What is the treatment for this problem?

there are other reaso for amenohrea other then pregnancy. it can be anemia or hormonal imbalance. for your projected problem surgery is only option.
