General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Absence of menses can be due to local causes of ovary and uterus and sometimes due to hormonal imbalances. You will require a local gynecologist examination followed by ultrasonography and hormonal profile test in blood sample.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
