What Causes Absent Periods In Spite Of Taking Medication Naturogest?

Hi Doc,I missed my periods and when did pregnancy test, very light reading was found. But doctor did not confirm that I was pregnant. I was advices to take naturogest for 5 days and to get back to her if I did not get periods. Its been 6 days after taking the tablet and I haven't got periods. what should I expect ?
