What Causes Accumulation Of Thick White Substance In The Infant S Ear Canal?

My almost 3 month old daughter has thick white stuff inside her left ear canal. No fever, no cold, no unusual fussiness. There is a slight odor from this ear. She seems to be her normal self, wondering if this could be an ear infection but unsure since her demeanor is unchanged. She is exclusively breastfed.

I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there first it could be fungus or wax and second it could be both together and it needs to be cleaned and for that you have to see the ENT surgeon, do not try it on your own hope this information helps.
