What Causes Aching Of Arms And Legs?

hello. I am 27 years old, 5'4 and weigh 140 pounds. Yesterday my right arm started to ache, like it does when i'm on my period and all my joints hurt. Today both my arms and legs hurt in different locations. I have been diagnosed last week with an ulcer and have started taking omeprazole and zantac, and natural remedies - mastic gum, manuka honey and DGL. Please advise? Now my body hurts more than my stomach..
