Hi,

I understand your concern.

You say to have lower abdominal pain. Depending on your gender (if female), ovulation and genital problems are also to rule out through abdominal ultrasound and physical examination by the gynecologist.

As long as urine and blood tests are fine, we should rule out genital problems and bowel issues.
At this point, I need to know if you have:
- bloating?
- changes in your bowel movements?
- been started any new medication?

Appendicitis or other bowel issues (like infection or inflammatory) should be ruled out.

Headache and sweating might be related to the primary cause of lower abdominal pain (infection). However, changes in blood pressure and sugar levels are to considered (get them checked, record the results for future references).

Continue taking panadol for a couple of days hoping this might help. If not, get back to your doctor and discuss my alternatives with him.

Wish fast recovery.
