hello,please i have heartburn with peptic ulcer for six year now,but i discover that i have chest pain since a week ago that is paining me,i used amoxillin and nexim but stiil there,pls what can i do now,i am a visitior in u.s not having insurance to purchase medicine

Take an ecg, always chest pain is mistaken as gastritis ,better rule out heart problems
avoid spicy food
take foods in small amounts frequently
garlic can help u
antacids syrup can be taken before food
