What Causes Acid Reflux While On Clindamycin HCL?

I m taking clindamycin HCL 300 MG capsule, I took yesterday and didn t feel well so laid down, before 10 minutes, I know have what I believe is horrible heart burn. It started yesterday on my right side, now it s in the middle and I m having a hard time eating.

Taking Clindamycin or any antibiotics will treat irritating mucosa. You can take one antacid with antibiotics.
