Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Acidity after taking paracetamol is not common. you must be having acidity for other reason such as mild gastritis or indigestion. I would not recommend sinarest tablet for simple headache. It contains: Paracetamol 500 mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg & Caffeine 30 mg. It is more recommended in headache associated with cold or sinusitis.
I would recommend you taking combiflam or brufen for headache & omeprazole 20 mg in morning empty stomach for acidity in stomach. Also avoid spicy & fried food.

Consult a doctor if problem persist
Hope this helps
