Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Acidity and dizziness may not be caused by you BP medications. However, when BP too low, dizziness may set in.Reason for which you need to have regular checks while on medications.Possible causes may include: gastritis/GERD, indigestion, constipation, H pylori infection, digestive infections, hiatal hernia...
I will suggest you try the following:
-Take an anti-secretory like omeprazole
-An antacid like maalox
-Avoid foods that aggravate symptoms like too much spices, citrus, tomato, chocolate, mint, garlic, onions, or spicy or fatty foods
-Eat in small quantities and more frequently
-Avoid eating and lying immediately
-Avoid stress
-Avoid alcohol and smoking
-Avoid non steroidal antiinflammatories
If these measures do not help, you see your Doctor for evaluation. In this case, an H y pylori test will be useful and others tests depending on the clinical orientation of the Doctor.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
