Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
There are many causes of chest pain. Your symptoms suggest you may have pain due to hyperacidity or peptic ulcer. You should take proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole or pentoprazole. You should avoid spicy food and irregular food habits.
When you have pain radiating to left arm, don't take it casually. It can be cardiac pain. Go for ECG when this kind of pain occurs.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
