What Causes Acne And Scars Despite Using Salicylic Acid Peel For Acne Vulgaris?

hiii Doctor, i am suffering from acne Vulgaris, i consulted the ayurvedic doctor and he prescribed me some medicine -" Acmed facewash, Purodil, Acnovin cream, Acnovin Face pack, i used it for almost 2 months on regular basis, now he suggested me salicylic acid peel off and i did it twice, no doubt there is improvement, but there are scars and cycle of pimple is like comes twice on the same area with a gap of 2 months, there are scars as well on my face, for scars doctor gave me facemed, however i didn't apply yet, i am sick and tired of all this, please help me out doctor and the important thing is i take almost 2 ltrs of water in day.....My skin complexion is fair...If you can give me some suggestion, i will be highly thankful

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and scars despite using Salicylic acid peel for acne vulgaris. Need to worry. You should take multivitamins to boost your immunity. Well this tablet Isotretinoin is good to use and it will not cause any such problems. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective anti acne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist again. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as per your condition. Exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.
