What Causes Acne In The Face?

I suddenly woke up with pimple on my face. I had a great skin otherwise, its been almost 6 months and the acne is still there. I did all natural possible things and took antiboitics as well.
Can you let me know what could have caused the sudden acne and how should I cure it?

Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Stress, hormonal fluctuations, weather, cosmetics, diet etc can all be contributory for an acne flare.
Topically you may use a topical antibacterial either clinndamycin Or benzoyl peroxide for active acne during day time.
For night time application you may use a topical retinoids e.g adapalene gel.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of your acne and advice accordingly.
Your dermatologist may also put you on oral antibiotics for inflammatory flare. Doxycycline Azithromycin or Minocycline are all effective for controlling inflammatory acne.
