What Causes Acne, Lack Of Energy And Breasts Lactation?

hi. i have a two year old daughter and stopped breast-feeding her at 8 months old. 16 months after not breast-feeding or pumping milk i am still lactating. some new things i have noticed about my body are acne, loss of energy, and some difficulty lising weight. Are these things possibly related?
