What Causes Acne On The Face, Mouth Sores And Severe Lightheadedness?

About every 10_14 days, I have a cluster of symptoms. My face breaks out with 5-10 small pimples, I get 3-4 sores in my mouth and I have symptoms of lightheadedness. I have type 1 diabetes, and take levothyroxin. I also take a multivitamin, 81mg aspirin, krill oil, and Estroven. I wonder if this could be a vitamin/mineral deficiency. The lightheadedness is severe.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is possible that the symptoms are related to anemia (low Hb), there are different types and causes. You can consider having your complete blood count done to see if this is a possible cause of your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
