Hi,
I am Dr. Utkarsh goel M.P.T (Neurology). In order to make exact diagnosiss i need some more information, like what is the size of that painfull lump you are talking of , is it first time you are getting such problem?. rite now according to the information you have provided about your symptoms, it looks like unilateral muscle spasm mainly sternocliedomastoid muscle also stiffness at c1-c2 vertebral joints. do some muscle stretching and relaxation exercise, i will get better or meet nearby physiotherapist. thank you feel free for any future assistence.
