What Causes Acute Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I have some of the signs and symptoms, but have always thought I just had IBS. This time, however, the pain has been very acute in my lower abdomen (first thought it was gas pain) and even though it has lessened after having diarrhea, it is still tender and my lower back hurts.

pain in lower abdomen have nuber of causes apart from IBS

I WOULD TO SUGGEST have an ultrasound of abdomen ,,PPI like pan 40 mg ,and buscozest for pain reliving

don't worry ,,It will subsided

routine drugs like CBP.ESR, cue

try to reduce your mental tesion ..ok.
