What Causes Acute Stomach Pain, Severe Nausea, Body Tremors And Weakness?

51 year old female, had gastric sleeve surgery 2 years ago, had gallbladder removed three weeks ago; symptoms ongoing since gallbladder removed; acute pain in the stomach, feels like stomach is twisting, causes severe nausea, shakiness and weakness in body. Onset the same time each day, in the middle of the day lasting 2 - 2.5 hours and disappears. Prior to and after onset I feel perfectly fine. It does not cause diaherrea or any other type of poop issue. Have monitored blood sugar to rule out low blood sugar and levels are all normal. I believe its related to gallbladder removal surgery cause symptoms were non existent prior to surgery. Please help or tell me what type of doctor to see, my general surgeon is at a loss.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You should go to the doctor who operated you. You could potentially have gallstones in your common bile duct which need to be removed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
