hi.i have a six year old boy who soils himself 3 to 4 times a day..it is becoming worse as the weeks go by...my own doctor thinks its a psychological problem and he will grow out of it....but I need help as hes getting older and it just cant continue!!!ive tried reward charts, everything, nothing is working please help!!!thank you

Hi I am Dr Usman. I can understand your concern. Wetting is a problem specially when the child has passed his toddler stage. There can be psychological as well medical issues. Certain drugs are available to control nocturnal that is night time bed soiling like trptanol but you need to see a doctor for correct prescription as well to rule out any other physical problem.
