What Causes Additional Skin Growth Above Ear Canal?

I have a wart like piece of skin growing above my ear canal. In between my canal and the top of my ear.It bled when I first noticed it and now it feels almost skabish but looks like it will need if messed with . It s just a skin colored bulge of skin.

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be wart but this could be some skin infection may be some infective skin lesion and in my opinion this can be well managed with "Beclomethasone with Neomycin" no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
