What Causes Aggressive Behavior In Adults?

I have a friend that has lost all feelings of love for God, wife, children and even his dogs. He had a kick in the head by a horse about 15 months ago and he is not able to work , is not able to be around people, and is compulsive calling me for reassurance. He just wants his feelings back so he can be of use to his family. He prays for his feelings to return . At one point he thought God had deserted him and that he had lost his salvation. He has tried many drugs prescribed and is on abilify and another drug now. He says none of the drugs give any relief. He cannot sleep well and is seeming to be more cognitively confused here lately. This has been going on for over 15 months......I need to know what to do to help him.........Is there a name for this condition????

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

By your history and description, possibility of brain pathology in your friend is more likely. So better to take him to a neurologist and get done the clinical examination and MRI brain. He will need medications too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
