My wife taking levipil 500 BD since April 2015. she was processed DSA due to blockage and brain hemorrhage. she was paralyzed and voice was also gone. Her recovery is very good. but agitation, drowsiness is dominating in her behavior. What should i do...

The active ingredient in levipil is levtriacetam side effect of which is dizziness...
Consult your physician so he may taper its doze to a level where its not sedative anymore.
