What Causes Agitation And Imbalance Of Body In A Child?

My 7year old has just been diagnosed with seizure discharge. He has been agitated, very behind in school, his retention is very poor and he can t even walk straight or control his body movement and even talks different and with in an hour of being up be is able to control his body and voice. The original diagnosis for him was ADHD without hyperactivity but that seems like that may no longer be true. So far only on meds for 7days with no change. What are your thoughts on all of these issues

the problem are neurological. EEG should be done and observation by doctor is essential after diagnosis proper treatment should be recommended by neurologist certain precaution and dos and don't are to be strictly followed
