What Causes All Pregnancy Symptoms And Yet The Pregnancy Test To Be Negative?

Hi, I was on the 12 week depo shot for a about 2 year and my last one was due the end of February(i didnt get it due to my partner and I wanting to start a family) I got my first period in 2 year s on the 27th of march, so I would think it would have of come again the end of april but it didn t. I am getting all the signs of pregnancy but I toke a at home test around a week ago and it was negative, I just want to know what is going on?

if u have all symptoms of pregnancy but home pregnancy test is negative then go for serum HCG level or a scan that will tell u whether u r pregnant or not
