HI SIR, 2 DAYS BACK MY DAUGHTER OF 4 YEARS HER TEMP WAS HIGH SO WE HAVE TAKEN TO DOCTOR NEAR OUR HOME, DOCTOR RECOMMENDED GIVEN FEPANIL 250 BUT FEVER AS REDUCED BUT INTURN SHE IS SUFFERING FROM ALLERY ALL OVER THE BODY WAT IS THE SOLUTIONS FOR NOW, I CAME TO KNOW BCOZ OF THIS SYRPH ONLY CAN U RECOMEND URGENTLY

this can be drug sensitivity. stop using the drug and in future avoid it. now can control fever with syrup paracetamol and if fever is still there the give cold water sponging. consult pediatrician to diagnose the cause of fever if it is viral fever then it is self limiting and no treatment is required except medicine to control fever. or else exclude other causes by investigation like malaria or uti. once it is confirmed then specific treatment can be given.
