What Causes Allergic Rashes And Numbness In The Lips While On Ranitidine?

My grandson is stay here with me, he takes several medications, for Autism, ADHD, Ranitidine, Adderall, Zantac, Guanfacine,Zoloft,Zyrtec. He has had an allergic rash and and lip problems numbness. Was given steroids, they were stopped yesterday. He appears to be having more ticks and sounds making, that he didn t do in the past. He doesn t seem right! Not too much help at the hospital. Have any suggestions,

I can certainly understand your concern about your grandson's multiple problems, as your son is taking many medications, the allergic rashes could be due to that. lip problems and numbness may be due to facial nerve palsy,
im glad that was treated with steroids

The current symptoms ie ticks, sound making are definitely the features of autism, as he is already on stimulant ie aderall, and guanfacine, he has to be put on antipsychotics like risperidone to control his behaviour, and consult with your doctor about the dose adjustments of current drugs, hope this information would help you
