Hi dear ,

As per your query you have perfume like taste in mouth . There can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like nerve dysfunction , acidic reflux , dental infection such as submandibular sialadenitis, gingivitis and diabetes . I would suggest you to consult oral pathologist for proper examination and start treatment accordingly . Do warm saline rinses several times a day . Take topical anesthetics. You should visit ENT as well to reule out underlying systemic pathology. Drink plenty of water and fluids. Take diet rich in vitamin C.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
