I have not gotten my period for exactly 2 months the last time I had gotten it was in December, but in January I was stressed over exams and in February my eating habits became a bit wonky, I would have fewer calories in the day and eat alot of unhealthy meals at night and this continued for a while, is this the cause of my delayed period also I drink caffeine almost everyday of some sort whether that be tea or coffee and my sleeping habits are very odd right now but I had been getting cramps alot in the midst of february and they also randomly stopped now and my breast arent sore as they usually are before a period I am very concerned and I have now no signs of my period but when I went to the bathroom I saw light stain of blood on tissue but it was not my period cause i am stil experiencing normal discharge what is going on this happened two times now (the light blood stain) !!!!!
