What Causes Amenorrhea, Hot Flushes, Stomach Bloating, Fibroids And Dark Stools?

Hello Dr, I have some concerns regarding my health. I have noticed my period has stopped in the last 3 months now. Also I'm experiencing occasionally hot flushes. I am 47 years old. I have been diagnosed at an early stage, I have fibroids, z and the are quite large. Since I am not experiving an discomfort I have decided not remove them. However, I am recently noticingt stool is very dark burgundy color and wonder what is the cause of this. My stomach is quite bulgy, due the fibroids. Please can you advise what to do.
