What Causes Ammonia Smell In The Nose?

I had blood work done a week ago everything came out ok. but 4 days ago i started noticing that
in my nose i can smell ammonia i dont taste it, just right on my nose it happens at the gym and at the office. its random if there is air heating my nose i feel it more.

Most likely this is from a sinus infection so it would be a good idea to have a doctor check it out and see if you need a round of antibiotics
