What Causes Ammonia Smelling Body Odour While Crying?
Not all the time but, sometimes when I cry I smell ammonia, why? I m Disabled, I m a recent Widow of 3 1/2 months now & I can barely pay my bills, let alone pay a Dr on line just for a simple answer. Cordially, Devastated Broken Hearted Right Now

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, you can use mouthwashes temporarily and antacids like Omeprazole before meals as well as salt water gargles and see for any improvement in the symptoms.
Chewing cardamom may also help too.
