What Causes An Abnormal Craving For Sweets?

I am not a diabetic, 50 y/o male, but the past few years I seem to have develop a sweet tooth munching chocolates and regularly eating sweets. I noticed that when I taper eating sweet for the day I feel somewhat weak. Is this physical or psychological or other reasons?

it's all in your mind... most of people like sweets n fast foods.. but we should try to avoid them... don't think about chocolates and sweet stuff daily.. it's psychological..
