I have an ulcer on my vagina near opening and Dr can t find any std thus far. I also have lumps under the skin in the outer lips of my vagina. Also I found the same type of lump under my arm. The ones in my vagina move around and go away. This was within a two weeks other

I really appreciate your concern, ulcer with infection could cause the swelling of lymph node but with the right treatment it will come around if this is the lymph node near the ulcer or surrounding it, other lymph nodes may not be due to ulcer hope this information helps.
