What Causes An Acute Torticollis With Lightheaded And Syncope Feelings?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have been having a problem with getting light headed almost to the point of passing out. The only thing that I have noticed when it happens, is that I am holding my head in a upward or downward position. My neck is stiff when I try to turn it to the right or left. Do you have any suggestions as to what I need to try?
