General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The nasal congestion may be related to rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal passages).

This may occur along with sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses).

It is possible that it is related to an allergic response to a particular allergen eg dust, pollen, animal dander etc
The use of oral antihistamines and topical steroid nasal sprays may help.

I hope this helps
