General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Maybe you applied sent all over your clothes, after washing also some time smell present if cloths not rinsed properly.
Anyways, you check it with ENT.
Better consult Psychiatrist for the condition called Phantosmia.
It is also called a phantom smell or an olfactory hallucination.
Actually there is no sent but you smell.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
