What Causes An Altered Sense Of Taste Upon Coughing?
What does it mean if l taste peroxide when I cough? I have had a touch of the flu or something like it. I m taking tussin super strength. I have had gastric bypass surgery several years ago. I am on other medications. This is new and the only thing I have done is add tussin.

I think your situation is due to flu consequences and due to nasal blockage. Also medications you are taking may have this side effect. Just wait for your mucosa to regenerate from flu, maybe a week and let's see.
